My commercial : the whole shabang

 Hello, there world!  I am here today to talk about my commercial video! The whole commercial was fun to making and my group had an amazing time on making this video. My favorite part of the entire experience was editing, as to filming. I love the whole experience of making commercials, it gave me on what companies do to make the shorts. Researching was an amazing part of the project me as I loved to look up and wonder about the world.

PEER REVIWE

 Hi guys and today will be talking about my peer review. I peer review Group 16 and their work. Their movie was amazing and told an amazing story of horror about two girls getting murdered by one of the girl twin, which was a huge plot twist to me. The movie was exactly two minutes and all of the transitions to the movie were nice and clean. Their movie opening had amazing lighting but the first scene, in the beginning, need a little bit of lighting. The sound in the movie was a little off-ish as I couldn't hear the phone talk but, anything else the sound quality was good. The titles in the movie wasn't present,but if they were they must be really hard to read cause I couldn't read them. I wis they was present cause it would have made the movie cooler. The movie had most of the required elements, like an establishing shot within the few seconds of the film and an over the shoulder shot of at 1:45 of the film. It also had close 28 seconds into the film, medium shot and tilt at 32 secs into the film, a long shot 48 seconds into. 40 seconds into the film there is a pan shot. The diegetic sound in the film started at 57 seconds and the non-diegetic sound starts at 1:10 into the film. The film, however, was amazing and I love the huge plot twist they added to the film makes me wonder what happens next in the film. But the one dislikes there is it the film for me is that in the scene where she stuffs the dead bodies in her car you see the license plate, I would wish they blurred that. But it has a nice tone and everything.See you guys soon :).

Editing time(hint of filming)

Hello guys and if you haven't read the title today is editing day/filming rest of the opening day. Today was sort of hard work of finding an editor compatible with my laptop which isn't up to the latest tech out there. But I finally found one WeVideo, even though it's a huge downfall is that huge watermark, but it special and gets the work done. I tried to film today some scenes but sadly couldn't since I had so much makeup work for a class 😫. But the start of editing been going well. I have some parts of the first scene done. Like the typing scene, when I heard the typing noise I made for the film it was low, so I went and used some Shutterstock sound of typing to make it work. Finding a black screen was also hard but I managed with the power of google search.Well their wasn't a lot on my edition with a hint of filming journey but I hope you like it:).

Filming blog

Hello guys and today i'll be talking about my filming day featuring my sister Jadline Calixte:). On Saturday in the late afternoon, my and my sister filmed at our grandmother's house, as that was the emergency plan. We managed to film one scene the entire time since i forgot the charger for the camera.But even filming that one scene to took so much work, it tired us out.But we manged. The filming of the first scene took work since my sister was filming me and since she a litlle shorter than me.We had thought that we needed makeup so we put it on me only to find we didn’t need it the whole time.We has our cousin help she took some photos for us. It was fun experience for me and my sister, since I got to teach her a few things about filming.

FILMING DAY

Today ill talk about my non-existing filming days, where i couldn't film due to a situation happening in my life.  So let start :). Day one of no filming was just me trying to figure out how to film. Talking to my sister to see her in vision and mine to come together and make the film work.We been discussing about the film’s Cinematic appearance and how not to make it look like a high school film or a middle school film.
